We stayed in one of the rooms on the 12th floor overlooking the horse ranch. Our room was spotless and the room size was adequate for two people. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, offering us local recommendations. There's a water dispenser, a microwave, disposable plates and cutlery on the first floor. We shopped at the market and ate dinner there. We didn't buy breakfast at the hotel, so I don't know about it. We'd love to return!

The location was great, and the practicality of the room was well too. The view from the window was great too, it didn't feel like we are in the middle of the city. Parking the car was no trouble either. The staff was very friendly and we got all the information we needed. The city public transportation ticket which came free of charge with the room was a nice bonus, we utilized it during our stay. Breakfast was great as well.

Staff was hugely helpful, especially one person in reception who went above and beyond to find me a working converter plug - hugely appreciated. It was super convenient for us in terms of being close to the stadium, but it is also very easy to get to the centre using a tram and bus - taking about 20 minutes or so.

The room was larger than expected, actually more spacious than it looked in the photos and located in a very central area, which made getting around easy. I had requested a cot, and it was provided without any issue. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. Excellent value for money, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Its located in the same complex as the Novotel which is a little confusing as to which door to check in. No top sheet on the beds, only quilt, we had to sleep with quilt cover as it was too hot to sleep with a quilt in summer.
